I tried to use my Social Security Number and Claim Confirmation Number to immediately get back into my Internet Benefit Claim application to finish but it would not let me. Why?

There is a 5-minute lockout period once you quit an incomplete application. You must wait at least 5 minutes before you can go back in to update your application.
