How do I request a replacement SSA-1099, Social Security Benefit Statement, for tax year 2006?

The Social Security Benefit Statements (SSA-1099 or 1042S for foreign beneficiaries) for tax year 2006 were mailed by January 31, 2007. If you did not receive your form 1099, you can request a replacement online or call 1-800-772-1213.
